TradingM1 is the data controller for everything you share with us. We only gather what’s strictly required to run a world-class LEAPS education platform.

We’ll post any tweak right here. Big changes? You’ll get an email + pop-up. Current version: November 03, 2025. Check the footer anytime.
3. Personal data that we collect
A. Just browsing IP, browser fingerprint, country—only to stop bots.
B. After you sign up
- Encrypted email
- Username, avatar, bio, Discord tag
- Your personal LEAPS watchlist (private to you)
C. Paid members Stripe token (we keep only last-4 digits).
D. Community posts Every LEAPS thesis, chart, comment, and like you publish.
E. Newsletter Open/click stats via Mailchimp.
4. How personal information is used

- AES-256 database encryption
- Employees see data only on “need-to-know” basis
No system is bulletproof. Breach? We notify you within 72 hours.
8. Children and sensitive personal data
Must be 18+. We do not collect race, religion, health, or politics. Ever. Found any? Deleted instantly.
9. Third-party sites
Links to Thinkorswim, Tradingview, Yahoo Finance, etc.—once you click, their rules apply.
10. EEA and UK users’ specific rights (GDPR)
- Access: Download every byte in CSV
- Rectify: Edit in settings
- Erase: One-click “Nuke My Account” → gone in 30 days
